# User Permissions

MIS have amended (as of 10th March 2010 and therefore available in SQLActiveH CRM v5.8 as standard) the integration of Keyfax with ActiveH CRM so that custom

User defined entries or UDE elements can be created against a Repair Request task in ActiveH Repairs. In order to map these UDE's to the gateway object used by the Keyfax Integration; the User Role for MIS administrators will need to be amended to allow access to the Task UDE Interface in ActiveH Repairs.

1. This is done by accessing the Roles Maintenance section of ActiveH Desktop

2. Once the Roles Maintenance section of ActiveH is open, you will need to click on the ‘open' button to access the list of available roles.

3. Once the list of roles is displayed, you must select the appropriate role to be edited from the list

4. Once the role has been opened in ActiveH Desktop, you will need to expand the list of Security Tasks on the left until you find ‘Repairs Task UDE Interface'. This element will need to be dragged onto the main frame on the right hand side

5. This should then add the ‘Repairs Task UDE Interface' element to the Role that you are editing. In order to allow this element to be usable by the administrators who have been assigned this role, you will need to select the ‘Repairs Task UDE Interface' element in the main frame and select the **‘full control'**button on the top right.

6. This will then make the ‘Task UDE Interface' option available in ActiveH Repairs for users with that role.
