You can launch Keyfax Diagnostic scripts, e.g. General Enquiries, Repair Diagnostics, Repairs Online or Enquiries Online by simply dropping a web resource onto your entity form. Please see [model-driven-apps](https://docs.keyfax.biz/product-suite/keynamics/embedding/model-driven-apps "mention").

Entity forms can launch directly into specific **Script Types** and **Script Categories/Topics**, e.g. Complaints, Money Advice etc.\

Creating **Startup data** for Keyfax and processing the resultant **Export data** is achieved by creating [mappings](https://docs.keyfax.biz/product-suite/keynamics/configuration/mappings "mention"). Data can be accessed from within the DataVerse by use of [fetchxml](https://docs.keyfax.biz/product-suite/keynamics/configuration/fetchxml "mention").

[logging](https://docs.keyfax.biz/product-suite/keynamics/configuration/logging "mention") is available to assist with troubleshooting and to help administrators with any Mapping difficulties.
