Below you can see an example of the KeyNamics for Model Driven Apps integration being launched from a Dynamics 365 entity form...
You can launch Keyfax Diagnostic scripts, e.g. General Enquiries, Repair Diagnostics, Repairs Online or Enquiries Online by simply dropping a web resource onto your entity form. Please see Model Driven Apps.
Entity forms can launch directly into specific Script Types and Script Categories/Topics, e.g. Complaints, Money Advice etc. Creating Startup data for Keyfax and processing the resultant Export data is achieved by creating Mappings. Data can be accessed from within the DataVerse by use of FetchXML.
Logging is available to assist with troubleshooting and to help administrators with any Mapping difficulties.
