Once in Aareon QL, use the tree to navigate to the following location.

This will present the following screen:

Once you have searched for and selected a tenant, use the New Order button (bottom centre) to enter a repair:

You will then see a pre-populated window for raising a new repair order with the Keyfax button at the bottom of the screen:

Keyfax will then launch and you can commence the diagnostic for this caller.\ \ Then, once submitted, Keyfax will close, populate various fields (as configured) and return control to Aareon QL.\ \ Note that the two fields below normally accept the **Fault Text breadcrumb** and **Additional Information** (which may be entered on the final page of the diagnostic):

The captions against these fields are configurable within QL - by default, the two fields above are named **Message1** and **Message2**.
