# Launching Keyfax Repairs

Once in Aareon QL, use the tree to navigate to the following location.

This will present the following screen:

Once you have searched for and selected a tenant, use the New Order button (bottom centre) to enter a repair:

You will then see a pre-populated window for raising a new repair order with the Keyfax button at the bottom of the screen:

Keyfax will then launch and you can commence the diagnostic for this caller.\

Then, once submitted, Keyfax will close, populate various fields (as configured) and return control to Aareon QL.\

Note that the two fields below normally accept the **Fault Text breadcrumb** and **Additional Information** (which may be entered on the final page of the diagnostic):

The captions against these fields are configurable within QL - by default, the two fields above are named **Message1** and **Message2**.
