Open MIS from the desktop shortcut, displaying the following window:
Open the CRM link; then in the new window select the Call entry Inspector:
When this launches; click new to open a new call:
Click the new Caller button (1) to open the search window; enter search parameters, if required; click Find now (2); Select the caller from the list (3) to open this in the call entry inspector:
To launch Keyfax, the Priority/Classification/CallType/CallSource must be entered (these can be configured by MIS to default to TBC allowing Keyfax to be launched immediately). The Keyfax hyperlink is then available to use.
Upon submission of a completed repair the following MIS screen will appear with the completed recorded text (1):
Double click the repair task line (2) to see the repair details submitted by Keyfax:

There are two ways to launch Keyfax Repairs Diagnostics from ActiveH CRM:
From the New Call page
From the Requests page
Advisors may choose either method but in some sites there is a popup in 'Requests' mode which displays details the repairs for the property that have been completed, and are in progress, and also asks around whether the repair being raised is in relation to the property, the estate or the block.
