# Advanced

To access this area, select Advanced from the Main Menu.

Each menu button displayed is configurable; you may only see the '**Tasks Templates**' option, depending on your permissions. You may see all options below:

The sub-menu contains up to five items:

**Tasks Templates** - create Master templates for Keyfax Tasks; Notes, Mail Merge Letters, Emails and SMS.

**Import Script Type** - import scripts exported from another database.

**Export Script Type** - this exports a set of scripts into an XML file that can be imported into another Keyfax Database. Select Export and then Script Type. You will then be asked where you want to save the XML file containing the script definitions. Everything related to a given script type will be exported, i.e. Questions, Messages, Categories, Topics, Databoxes etc. Hotspot images are maintained manually and would need to be copied to the target system where the scripts will be imported  .

**WEB API Keys** - Reserved for system administrator use only.

**COMMUNICATIONS Queue** - views the communications queue of Email/SMS/RMM items that have been sent or are waiting to be sent from Keyfax to addressees.
