# Emails

SQL ActiveH Email tasks can be raised by building an email template and then associating the template in a script. Keyfax [Databoxes](/product-suite/admin/entities/databoxes.md)will be used as the merge fields in the email body and To/From addressees.

To set up an MIS Email Task, select Advanced/Base Task Templates from the menu and select the basetemplate type '**MIS Email**':

The email template screen will be presented. Complete as appropriate, dragging/dropping databoxes as required:

To use the Email template, simply associate it with a script.
