Supported browsers for Keyfax Self-Service

Keyfax Self-Service, operating with its default styling has been tested to operate with the browsers and versions listed below.

Please do NOT use IE Compatibility mode as this can simulate IE7 which is not supported. ​

This is often the default for Intranet sites accessed from within an office LAN. This default should either be disabled or the Keyfax site added to the exceptions list. If required, please contact your IT support staff to have this configured.

Note that any issues with previous or newer versions of these browsers or with bespoke customisations will be assessed/resolved on a best-efforts basis. Following the release of browser updates, we endeavour to conduct testing as soon as is practical.
