Keyfax Self-Service Repairs helps tenants and residents by providing a simple way for them to diagnose their own repairs. Keyfax Self-Service Enquries allows users to enquire about tenancy matters or report issues of concern, e.g. ASB. Both are available 24 hours a day via any internet enabled device, at a fraction of the normal cost.
Simple to use, it allows residents to self-select the right diagnosis and register/report the repair or tenancy issue correctly. It saves time, satisfying tenants expectations of a rapid response.
Keyfax Self-Service web pages are usually accessed via client portals using SOAP or REST based web APIs.
