# Keyfax Self-Service

Keyfax Self-Service Repairs helps tenants and residents by providing a simple way for them to diagnose their own repairs. Keyfax Self-Service Enquries allows users to enquire about tenancy matters or report issues of concern, e.g. ASB. Both are available 24 hours a day via any internet enabled device, at a fraction of the normal cost.
