On launching Admin Tools, should you ever see the message 'Keyfax Inter•View has stopped working', e.g.
It's possible that the Preferences.dat
file has become corrupt in which case, delete the file at %appdata%\Keyfax Administration{X.X.X}\Preferences.dat
. Where X.X.X
represents the version of Keyfax Administrator Tools you have installed.
