# Stopped Working

On launching Admin Tools, should you ever see the message 'Keyfax Inter•View has stopped working', e.g.

It's possible that the `Preferences.dat` file has become corrupt in which case, delete the file at `%appdata%\Keyfax Administration{X.X.X}\Preferences.dat`. Where `X.X.X` represents the version of Keyfax Administrator Tools you have installed.
