# Priorities Configuration

Configuration of Priority codes within the MIS-AMS SQL ActiveH Desktop.

Priority codes defined against Repairs raised in Keyfax must correspond with priorities defined in MIS-AMS. On the Keyfax side, this will normally have beeb scripted but will need defining in MIS-AMS via the Tools/Priorities. For Repairs via CRM priorities in MIS must be flagged for use by BOTH 'CRM & Tasking' and 'Repairs & Contractors' (these are two check boxes found in 'Functional Areas' list in the Tools/Priorities dialog when editing a priority).
