Keyfax 4.4.4 introduces several new capabilities & dozens of smaller fixes & improvements.
For the release of Keyfax 4.4.4 we've partnered with Fixzy Assist a leader in providing real-time diagnostics video calling technology to offer our customers an out of the box, real-time video calling capabilities directly within Keyfax scripts.
A new "Video Call" question can be added to any new or existing Keyfax script to allow an advisor or call centre advisor to initiate a video call with a tenant. Any images or videos captured by the advisor during the video call are available to host systems within Keyfax results.

Once a video call question has been added to a script the advisor is presented with the following options...
The advisor would complete the above form to send the tenant a SMS text message or email containing a unique link to join a video call. During the video call the advisor (with the consent of the tenant) can capture audio, video or images which are all compiled and available for consumption within the final Keyfax results.

With Keyfax 4.4.4 it's now possible to restrict access to your Keyfax staff area via a username and password. The staff login page has received a visual revamp and it's now also possible to relaunch Keyfax sessions via the updated staff login page.
Data box expressions can now be used within questions that support the "Asset Data" field (previously this was limited to just data sources). You can now use Company, Export, Script & SQL data boxes.
When adding a bookmark to a SQL data box via the "Insert Bookmark" right click context menu the bookmark selection dialog will now present Company, Export, Script & SQL data boxes.
Improved Keyfax REST based Web API responses around the authorization header. If the header is missing or malformed a more informative response body will now be returned.
Improved the reliability of the WYSIWYG editor when loading task letters or emails
Improved error handling within the WYSIWYG editor used to edit messages, emails or letters. If any unexpected client side errors occur when setting the editor text the administrator will now be informed within Keyfax admin tools.
For configurations that wish to consume Keyfax results as JSON we've added additional flexibility as to how this JSON is returned. For example we can now denote certain properties are always returned as arrays even if there is only 1 element. This improvement is now used by KeyNamics to ensure a more consistent schema for JSON results.
The script flow visualisation has been further optimized. It should now possible to visualise scripts with thousands of script steps.
Added support for displaying the target business days on the online results summary page (requires a custom language text update)
Fixed an issue that could cause the captured "Other" response text to not display within a results summary (online) or within the current call log (staff)
Fixed an issue when editing messages, emails or letters that could cause invalid text to be added if the cursor was placed mid-paragraph and new text was added
Fixed an issue when editing messages, emails or letters that could cause the "Save" and "Restore" buttons to be enabled even if the editor failed to load
Fixed an issue where Get / Set would fail if any script step, after the first 1000, had any child steps or if the script jumped to a section defined after the first 1000 steps.
Fixed an issue that could cause images to be overwritten when pasting two or more images directly into the WYSIWYG editor when adding or editing messages, letters or emails.
Fixed an issue that could cause an error when viewing the user report via admin tools due to a stored procedure being incorrectly dropped.
Fixed issues when dragging & dropping or inserting a bookmark into a message, email or letter from the bookmark selection panel on the left when editing a message, email or letter.
Fixed an issue that could cause dates on the results summary page (online) and on the Current Call page (staff) to appear in UTC. Date formats now default to same format used by the web servers operating system however this can be customized if needed.
Fixed an issue with dates appearing in UTC format within the fallback date picker control used by browsers that don't support the native HTML 5 date input element.
Fixed an issue that could cause the Asset Data value to be cleared when adding a new question type if the Asset Data was populated before the admin or operator display fields
Fixed an issue that could cause an error to be written to the interview.log file whenever the purge access tokens scheduled job was periodically ran.
Fixed an issue where the Script Flow button would be incorrectly visible when viewing references within a script
Fixed an issue where double clicking a questions from the references tab would always take you the System level regardless of the questions level
