# Actions

MIS Actions are in fact MIS-AMS CRM Desktop User Tasks. These can be created using the Inter•View Administrator Tools.

If configured for your system, additional items are available for selection when creating MIS-AMS ActiveH objects:

Once selected, you will be presented with the following:

Enter the Action short description and full details, then Save changes.
