# Resetting Trip Switch

KeyNect lets you resolve issues that are typically the tenant's responsibility.  

This tenant has reported their cooker has tripped the electric.

By using the tenants phone camera, the Advisor is able to guide them to reset their consumer unit. Reducing the need for an unnecessary contractor call out fee, thus saving everyone time and money.
