# KeyNect One Way Video Call

### Before you begin - Call Classifier settings

A one way video or audio call can be used to request the tenant/recipient to record video or audio that will be automatically emailed to a designated email address (staff member or department).

This allows you to control the video/audio length and prevents the user from sending unnecessary long content.

One way calls have no connection to an advisor/organisation.

The settings for this are controlled within the [Call Classifiers](/product-suite/keyfax-keynect/keynect-portal/call-classifiers.md) fields below:

**Notification email address**

Enter the email address of the staff member / department who should receive a notification when the call has finished and the call resources are available to view in the KeyNect portal.

**Length of call**

This determines the maximum number of minutes (is entered as seconds) the tenant/recipient has to complete their call/recording.

**Video bit rate**

Setting the video bit rate to zero for a one-way call creates an audio only one way call. Leaving the bit rate with a value will ensure it is a video one-way call.
