Refresh Authorisation Token

Should you have issues in logging in to the KeyNect portal please try clicking the “SIGN IN AGAIN” button on this page.

In some situations, the token that tracks the permissions that are available in the KeyNect portal website can become cached by Microsoft for up to 14 days.

In these instances, 'logging out' can have little effect at re-reading a user's permissions from Azure Entra ID. For this reason, the 'Sign in again' button below is provided to force Microsoft to re-read any permissions that may have been added to the user's account since the last login.

If additional permissions have been requested and they have been confirmed as added to the user account, using this button should ensure permissions for the user on this website are brought up to date. Please beware, however, that permission updates in Azure sometimes take up to an hour to propagate fully through the Azure subsystems before 'Sign in again' will make any difference. Using this button will not, however, cause any problems - so feel free, give it a try.
